2025 Summer Forestry Internship
Interested in the land and keen to learn more about forestry in the Tairawhiti region?
Juken New Zealand Ltd (JNL) and Wharerata Forests Ltd (WFL) currently has an opportunity for internship employment for Beneficial Owners Owners (Ngai Tamanuhiri and Tātau Tātau o Te Wairoa) to work within JNL’s East Coast forests estate over the summer period. You’ll get to upskill in activities such as waterway monitoring, quality auditing, forestry operational management and surveying of seedling survival and growth. All training will be provided on the job.
Prerequisites for this role are a current NZ Drivers licence and compliance with JNL’s Drug and Alcohol Policy including pre-employment and random testing.
